Poem: Spider

The earth

is an eye

the blackboard

of the universe

birth after birth

man will keep

on writing

like a spider

he will crawl

building his webs

nurturing the plants

of intelligence

thus far -

this is an interesting form that you are

using and it is almost childlike in

its simplicity,

but the message inherent in

reading all

three poems is of a good intelligence

and

someone who has taken time

and trouble

to refine the work so that it

reads so easily,

yet leaves the reader thinking

about what

you have written.
