Today's poem: My name is Mr Body

Hi! there
My name is Mr Body

I am you
You are not me

I go
To my beginnings

And sleep with earth

You go
To your beginnings

Awake
With heaven and angels

You are
A loving soul

I am
Tied around you

The more
You love yourself

The more
Light of pride

You
Light me with

Your eyes
See me

But
I cannot see you

thus far -

this is an interesting form that you are

using and it is almost childlike in

its simplicity,

but the message inherent in

reading all

three poems is of a good intelligence

and

someone who has taken time

and trouble

to refine the work so that it

reads so easily,

yet leaves the reader thinking

about what

you have written.
