Today's poem: Hey! Mr Age

Hey! Mr Age

Funny like green beans
You grow

You smile and laugh
You cry and talk

You grow the world
You spin the world

The thread is in me
The needle is in you

Stitch by stitch
The cloth grows

The tailor is right
He sees the dress

He is making
Curtains of heaven

thus far -

this is an interesting form that you are

using and it is almost childlike in

its simplicity,

but the message inherent in

reading all

three poems is of a good intelligence

and

someone who has taken time

and trouble

to refine the work so that it

reads so easily,

yet leaves the reader thinking

about what

you have written.
