Today's poem: My name is Mr Relaxation

Sit down
Relax yourself

See yourself
As a green plant

Relax your thoughts

Growing in this
Goodness

Relax your eyes

Let this prayer
Welcome your soul

Relax your breath

Water
This inner peace

Relax your birth
The rest will grow

thus far -

this is an interesting form that you are

using and it is almost childlike in

its simplicity,

but the message inherent in

reading all

three poems is of a good intelligence

and

someone who has taken time

and trouble

to refine the work so that it

reads so easily,

yet leaves the reader thinking

about what

you have written.
